Oh yes, the loyal La Sallian is helping promote Ateneo Glee Club's 90th Anniversary Concert. :) I did some photography for their souvenir program and since this is for a good cause, I think it deserves promotion.
The concert entitled, "It's A Grand Night For Singing!", will be on February 5, 2011 at Tanghalang Nicanor Abelardo of the Cultural Center of the Philippines. Show starts at 8PM.
The concert will feature 6 groups - the current members of the Ateneo College Glee Club, Ateneo High School Glee Club, and Ateneo Boys' Choir, and the Alumni Glee Clubs under Fr. James B. Reuter, SJ, Fr. Antonio Cuna, SJ, and Prof. Joel Navarro.
There will be special performances by APO Hiking Society members, Boboy Garrovillo and Jim Paredes, as well as Jose Mari Chan.
But most importantly, proceeds of the concert will go to the Ateneo Scholarship Foundation. So to all Ateneans out there, please support the benefit concert! You may copy-paste that poster above and post it in your Facebook pages.
